Loveable is growing… and we’re building the team behind it…
We’re looking for kind, enthusiastic and fun people who believe, like we do, that disabled and neurodivergent adults deserve genuine friendships, meaningful relationships and real adult social lives.
There are lots of ways to get involved. You might love meeting new people, helping at events, creating content and designing things or supporting someone to feel more confident trying something new.
Whatever your skills, there could be a place for you in Team Loveable.
Right now, all Team Loveable opportunities are voluntary and unpaid, with flexible roles designed to fit around your life. We are a vibrant, close knit and unique community and the roles are super fun! It’s a great way to get some hands-on experience, add value to your life and potentially build your CV.

Current opportunities
Volunteer Connectors
Help people connect, belong and experience more of their community.
Our Volunteer Connectors help disabled and neurodivergent adults feel more confident accessing social opportunities and building connections.
That might mean spending some time with a member in the community helping to build their confidence and encourage them to try something new, helping them navigate getting to a social or event, doing some travel training and being that friendly, familiar face.
This is a flexible, ongoing role and would suit someone who is friendly, patient, encouraging and passionate about inclusion.
You could be brilliant at this if you love people and naturally help others feel at ease.
Event Volunteers
Help make Loveable socials feel welcoming, safe and fun.
Our Event Volunteers help us create the atmosphere Loveable is known for.
You might help set up an event, welcome people when they arrive, introduce members to each other, encourage people to join in or simply notice when someone might need a friendly face.
Most opportunities are during evenings and weekends, and you don’t need to attend every event.
Perfect for friendly people who enjoy socialising, events and bringing people together.
